In the past year, East Africa Seaweeds Limited has sourced seaweed in Kwale 14 times, amounting to about 130 tons. The seaweed was sourced from 1,100 farmers in Kibuyuni, Mkwiro, Funzi, and Gazi, all within Kwale County.
